Founding Managing Member Joseph M. (Matt) Billingsley is the former CEO, COO, Licensed Manager and Lead Instructor of Security Services of Texas (DPS PSB State License numbers C-09317 & F-0652). Matt Billingsley has taken his talents, experience & professional desire to the next level by offering citizens opportunities to learn and hone their skills in threat preparation. He also continues to offer Security Officers the continued dedication & professional instruction they have come to expect. Central Texas Protection Training Academy, LLC in conjunction with Lone Star Gun Range dba, have combined attributes to provide industry professionals opportunities to improve, practice and increase skills as well as assist in giving Central Texas citizens a location to practice and fine tune their abilities necessary for self protection. With any altercation, the use of force continuum must be understood and followed with only reasonable & necessary force allowed by law being used.
